As a healthcare professional with over a decade of experience as a bedside nurse, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals at some of the most critical moments in their lives. This work has provided me with a deep understanding of the challenges that aging adults face, particularly their need for high-quality care while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. My experience in hospital settings has reinforced my commitment to compassionate care and my belief in the importance of preserving dignity and independence for seniors.
The decision to establish Sheba Healthcare was born from this commitment and a desire to fill a crucial gap in the availability of reliable, non-medical home care services. Throughout my career, I’ve seen families struggle to find affordable, trustworthy care that supports their loved ones’ autonomy while ensuring their well-being.
